Tracy

“There are many factors to my happiness within my position. Dr. Webb and Mindi Webb are great communicators; they share their vision of growth and excellence with us and ask for opinions of their staff. We outline objectives as a team and work through issues such as performance, service, procedures and goals. The staff here has a great sense of humor and our unique personalities and ideas are accepted, appreciated and encouraged. We have assigned responsibilities based upon our strengths and weaknesses. Training and role playing is an important part of our excellence and again we can usually laugh at ourselves and situations. We are all striving to be the best team that we can be and realize that at any time we will do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Our one common goal is to achieve optimal success regarding our patients and practice.

If a situation arises which is “uncomfortable” for any of us, for any reason, we are encouraged to take time to explain our thoughts and situations are mediated until there is resolve – which is unusual in most businesses.

Mindi

I am not micro managed which allows me to do many duties and pace myself according to my own attention span.  As a result, I whole heartily enjoy my various duties.

Dr. Dutson and Dr. Webb are truly compassionate about our well being as well as the patients. They show true leadership when they go out of the way to explain that they appreciate our efforts.  Our relationship with Mindi is very personal and always professional; she is very patient, understanding and receptive.
Working a four day work week allows us freedom to replenish ourselves personally which reduces stress, and offers us a new lease on the week. When Monday comes around I am eager to get back to my job as I am so appreciative of my employers and love to be part of a successful practice and team.” — Tracy
